Seminars

1. Seminar on “Environmental Protection – Awareness about Urban Ecosystem (CO2)” on account of Fire Crackers at Vadodara (Nov. 1, 2019)
2. Seminar on the topic of “Protect Heritage and its Cultural Evaluation” at Vadodara – Gujarat on Friday, 7.2.2020. The seminar was inaugurated by Shrimant Maharaj Samarjitsingrao Gaekwad (Feb. 7, 2020)

Lecture Meeting

1. Executive Committee meeting (4 May 2019 and 7 Feb 2020)

Lecture Meeting/Discussion

Appointed a committee of the important members from the Executive Committee of the Vadodara Chapter and also Ex-officio dean of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and shall come back to you as early as possible suggesting the award which may perhaps be given to the organization called “Baroda Harijan Sevak Sangh”.

Other Activities

Out of 33 districts in Gujarat 9 districts are under the Red Zone and Vadodara is one of them. However, in this situation; on behalf of IIPA Vadodara Branch, we could visit the Pediatric section of Government Hospital and distributed Fruits and eatable items to the patients and their relatives. We could also manage to arrange shelter for three days for the outstate workers who were stuck in Vadodara due to the sudden announcement of Lockdown in the State.

2019-20

1. Seminar on “Solar Energy – People to People”.  Shri Rajendra Trivedi, Hon’ble Speaker of Gujarat Legislative Assembly, Govt. of Gujarat was inaugurated the seminar and Ms. Shaliji Agarwal, IAS was the Chief Guest. (July 07, 2018)
2. Seminar on 100% Voting and Its Importance amongst the youth (Feb.28, 2019)
3. Conducted Fire Management Awareness programme for the youth (Oct.09, 2018)
4. Participated in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Oct.02, 2018)
5. Solid Waste Management – the activities and actions required to manage waste from its inception to its final disposal.
6. Organised a Tree Plantation Workshop.  Ms. Hansa Patel, Executive Advisor of All India Institute of Local Self Government given lecture (Aug. 18, 2018)
