Dr. Shweta Mittal

Adjunct Faculty

Dr. Shweta Mittal is an ICSSR Postdoctoral Fellow from IIT Delhi (2023) and an FDP graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has more than 18 years of teaching and research experience. She is a dynamic and highly proficient professional with a PhD from India.

She has published over 25 research papers in ABDC and Scopus-listed journals. She has authored two books i.e. ‘Management Principles & Practices’ and ‘Manpower Development for Technological Change’. She is a prolific case writer and has published cases in IIM Ahmedabad Case Centre, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases, European Case Centre, and Asian Case Research Centre. Her case ‘Saksham’ Program: Remoulding the Future’ is listed in Harvard Case Centre.

She has received research grants from IIM Indore and the British Academy of Management. She received a research grant of £ 9850 from the British Academy of Management. Her research paper ‘Pay-for-performance, Procedural Justice, OCB, and Job Performance: A Sequential Mediation Model’ is published in A- category journal, and ‘Examining the Linkages between Brand Love, Affective Commitment, PWOM and Turnover Intentions: A Social Identity Theory Perspective’ is published in B-category journal of ABDC list. Her six research papers are published in C-category journals listed by ABDC list.

She has served as faculty at Bennett University and Amity University. She has delivered sessions on 'Team Building', 'Transactional Analysis', ‘Team Building’, ‘Perception and Decision Making’, ‘Structural Equation Modeling’, and conducted FDPs on ‘Learning Strategies for Vibrant Teaching, 'Systematic Literature Review, Bibliometric Analysis and Research Gap Identification, and ‘Case Teaching and Case Writing’ in various institutes, universities and organizations.

She has been taking the ‘Research Methodology’ subject for the PhD students at Ansal and Gurugram University.  She is guiding two PhD scholars from the Gurugram University on Sustainable Clothing and Workplace Bullying. She is a trained POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer.
