Dr. Neetu Jain, Professor
Dr. Neetu Jain works as Professor at Indian Institute of Public Administration. She is MSc (Chemistry), MBA (HR) ,UGC- NET qualified & has a doctorate in management. She has more than 26 yrs of experience in FORE School of Management and other reputed institutes.
She has worked on 15 research projects of Govt. of India & NITI Aayog as Project Director which were implemented as policy for Ministries. Some of them are ‘Restructuring of Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Heavy Industries, DRDO’, Bureau of Police Research & Development’.
She has 2 patents, 75 publications in renowned journals and 4 books to her credit. She has guided 3 PhDs and 20 MPhils.
She is recipient of Academic award of Excellence by Hon’ble Vice President of India, Sh. Jagdeep Dhankar and was conferred first prize by the then Hon’ble Vice President of India Sh M. Venkai Naidu at IIPA. She is the recipient of ‘International woman achiever award’, ‘Distinguished Teacher Award’, ‘AIMS International Young Management Researcher Award’ and also the ‘Rashtriya Gaurav Award’. She was featured on Sansad TV in March, 2023 in a prg on women achievers. She received KOICA fellowship from Korea in 2019.
Dr. Jain has conducted more than 150 MDPs for Indian and Foreign Ministries ( Ministry of Cambodia, Nepal, Afganistan, Bangladesh etc). Her online course titled ‘Stress Management’ published on Mission Karmyogi igot platform is completed by 5 lakh participants. Her course is chosen by Niti Aayog & DoPT as part of Learning packages across levels of Governance . Her case study on ‘Ayushman Bharat’ is published by Capacity building commission and has been translated in 10 languages. She has delivered lectures at Lok Sabha Secretariat, Cabinet Secretariat, RAW, PSUs and other government organizations. She has travelled extensively across countries for academic endeavours.

- 3 weeks 9th Advanced Leadership Programme (online) conducted in collaboration with Swiss Business School, Switzerland for Public sector Executives from 23rd November to Dec. 11, 2020.
- 2 weeks programme on ‘Human Resource Management’ (online) conducted for the Chief Engineers of MES from Oct 5 to Oct 16 , 2020
- 1 week programme on ‘Sr Management Course’ (online) conducted for the Executive Engineers of MES from 21st to 26th Sept, 2020
- One month 8th Advanced Leadership Programme in collaboration with Swiss Business School, Switzerland and Hertie School of Governance, Germany conducted for Public sector Executives from August 19 to Sep. 17, 2019.
- One week Programme on HR Analytics conducted for HR members of Senate of Cambodia from July 29 to August 2, 2019.
- 3 days Management Development Programme conducted for the women executives of Gas Authority of India Ltd. from November 20 to 22, 2019
- One week progarmme titled ‘Leadership and other enablers for business excellence’ sponsored by Dept. of Public Enterprise conducted for CPSE & SLPEs (top management) from June 17 to 21, 2019.
- One day workshop on ‘Gender equality at work’ conducted for the Officers of Public sector Enterprises (sponsored by DPE) on June 7, 2019
- One week programme on Disciplinary proceedings and conduct rules conducted for the MES Officers from Jan 14 to 18, 2019
