Amidst the chaos and harm witnessed in various regions, the physical harm inflicted upon individuals and their property has been often emphasised by the media. However, one crucial aspect remains overlooked: the destruction of cultural heritages.
This unfortunate fate befalls our cherished land of Goa, where leaders are causing political confusion through their disregard for cultural fusion. Instead of my motherland, where diverse religions, languages and customs have harmoniously interwoven down the ages, a sense of lamentation now permeates.
